How long will it take to receive my order?

    • If an item is advertised for sale as "in stock" items, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process, and 3-5 business days for your order to ship.  "In stock" items typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.  Otherwise, due to the overwhelming demand for our merchandise, please allow 3 weeks for your order to process and ship. If an item is advertised for sale on a "pre-order" basis, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the item to be delivered.  We apologize for the long wait - but assure you it is worth it.  We thank you very deeply for your support :)

How are we going to help the turtles?

  • Makai Clothing Co. donates a portion of all net profits directly to Sea Turtle Conservation efforts.  This money goes to help raise awareness, clean up beaches, set up programs such as sea turtle hospitals, and create sea turtle nesting beach conservation projects around the world.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes! For international shipping please be patient as it will take longer than the usual 3-5 business days.  However, the customer will be responsible for all custom charges (if any) upon receiving their order.

Will I receive an email when my order is shipped?

  • Yes, of course.  You will receive an email when your order has shipped, as well as the tracking number for your order.

Will you have more styles, and items in the future?

  • We are constantly working to produce new designs! We will be releasing short sleeve shirts, hats, stickers, and more :)

What's your return/exchange policy?

_

    • We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise.  If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@makaiclothingco.com within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise to set up an exchange or return.  Exchanges or returns requested within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise will be credited for the price paid either in the original form of payment or a merchandise exchange.  Returns or exchanges requested more than 30 days after receipt of the merchandise will be honored only in the form of a merchandise exchange or store credit based on the current selling price of the merchandise. Makai Clothing Co. is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event that an order is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. Makai Clothing Co. is not responsible for any order(s) once it is in the hands of mail carrier. All sales outside of the United States are final.
